APELO (Location Pointer Application) is a free application that can be used to display area boundaries (KML format), display tagging points (Geojson format must be accompanied by ID, name, latitude and longitude fields) and can display the route to the desired point (with the help of Maps).
This application uses a basemap from openstreetmap.
